Jennifer Giovinazzi, LCSW

For over 20 years, Jenn has walked alongside individuals and families navigating trauma, loss, and life’s most challenging moments.

​

Her approach is rooted in respect, curiosity, and a deep belief in each person’s capacity for growth. Drawing on a blend of relational therapy, mind-body practices, and evidence-based modalities, Jenn helps clients reconnect with their own resilience and wisdom.

​

Inspired by the philosophy of “living yoga,” Jenn integrates mindfulness, movement, and somatic awareness into her work—helping clients heal not only their minds, but also their bodies and hearts.
